Our HDB3308KM+ inkjet printing machine features eight Konica 1024 14Pl print heads, abbreviated for KM 1024 printer head, which can fulfill 72 mm wide format printing, 1440 dpi finished picture, max printing speed of 88m2/h beyond many printers with the same other specifications.
The KM 1024 print head of this inkjet printing machine owns double inkjet nozzle number of KM 512 print head. It can do more efficient work and it can start by a piezoelectric launcher which can cut half of power consumption. We added the grey scale application into our inkjet printer to recur the rich tones and grading of color in finished picture and pattern. That makes our printing device fairly impressive in modern printing application.
The new IC controller in KM 1024 print head can print in 8 optional sized ink drops to handle the color grading and revealing better. Beside, each one of KM 1024 head we apply in our inkjet printing facility is ultra thin designed for assembly, which can reduce the print head alignment error and shorten the printing channel and whole machine without lowering the quality of finished picture. In addition, the KM 1024 print head series our machine uses has unitary heater and solvent UV or oil ink print head for option.
